Borough Market
Borough Market is close to the London Bridge station. This market open on Thursday , Friday and Saturday. It open in the morning, then close at about 4:30 pm.
If you like eat , I think you should go to this market, because in this market there are a lots of food you can try and buy it, for example vegetable, meat , cheese , wine, dessert and bread.

Camden Town
Camden Town is in Camden Town station. This market is close at about 5 or 6 pm everyday.
In this market have a lot of different things, and all things are cheap.
I proposal if you want go to this market, you should go on Saturday , because on Saturday there have many shops.

Greenwich Market
Greenwich market is very small market. This market near Greenwich station.
In this market have many arts, crafts, collectables and antiques. So I think this market is old market, but if you like antiques or collectables, you can go to this market.

Brick Lane Market
Brick Lane market is near the Liverpool station, this market is a traditional flea-market affair ,only open Sunday 8 am to 2 pm. There are many different things , for example second-hand clothes, CDs, DVDs and furniture.
I think you should go to this market to feeling atmosphere .

Supermarket
Tesco is around in UK , this market have 3 different shop, Tesco extra, metro and express.
There have a lot of things in here, for example food, drinks, daily and furniture….
If you are lazy don’t want to go to the other market. I think you must go to Tesco, because Tesco can help you.

How to make fish & chips

Material:
2 fish fillets (cod,haddock,or other white fish)
1.5ltr/2.75pt vegetable oil
140g/50z flour
50g/1.75oz corn starch
1tsp baking powder
1 egg
250ml beer
1tsp salt
salt & pepper
some chips

Utensil:
saucepan
2 bowls
whisk
slotted spoon
large fork
tray
some kitchen towel

Practice:
1.Preheat the oil, add all oil into saucepan.
2.Turn to medium heat,let heat until hot enough for frying.
3.Make the batter,add flour,corn starch,salt and baking powder,mix together.
4.Mix the egg and beer,pour beer into bowl,add egg,mix well.
5.Complete the batter,transfer beer mixtrue into bowl with flour mixtrue mix together.
6.Prepare the fish pat dry.
7.Batter and fry,check temperature of oil,dip fish into batter &
coat completely,put fish into hot oil,only fry one fish at a time.
8.Turn the fish,let fish fry for 4~7min,flip at least once to ensure it cooks evenly,remove when light golder brown,put the fish in kitchen paper,repeat with other fish.
9.Fry chips.
10.Put fish & chips in the dish and put some salt & pepper.

Memory

I have some memory about London.I think London was very nice city,there had many beautiful place.I think the people were very friendly and polite,in London I also cound listened the people said sorry.And I remember England food "FISH & CHIPS",because when I came to England,I ate this food a lot.And I remember England Market,for example Liverpoor Market, Camden Town,Borough Market.....I loved Borough Market a lot because in this market,there had a lot of delicacies food,for example,cheese,FISH & CHIPS,oyster...they were very cheap.London museums were very well too,they always free,that's good for student.And Underground was excitating for me,I remember then I just came to London, I think by Underground was very difficult for me,I always do not understand,but I can understand now.Of cause,I coundn't forgot my best class,my best teacher and student,they gave me very well memory,they always gave me happy.I love your and love London too...

Hi,I'm MiLo,I've been london about 10 months.I'm a lazy boy,because I always didn't come to school,but I will change this common.I'm a embassy student now but in September I'm a Bellerbys student.I live in Arsenal,it's very far to school,so I'm always late.In London,I want to make a lot of different friends,and then we can play together.^^

Casino is very famous in Macau.
In casino , if you don’t play for money, you can go shopping and go to restaurant. I think the casino hotel is very beautiful.
If you don’t like to go shopping and eating , then I think you can go to take photo, because casino is very luxury.





Food
Macau have a lot of different food, there are Chinese food,Japanese food , Korean food , Thai food , Italian food and Portuguese food....
Portuguese food in Macau is very famous, there is a food called “Portuguese Egg tart”. It is very tasty, if you came to Macau you should try this food.



GRAND PRIX
If you came to Macau in about November 21 or 22 , you can go to see “GRAND PRIX”, because it is very famous.
Players from other country will come to competition.
So if you are interesting, you can go to watch this match.




Building
Macau’s buildings are Chinese and Portuguese style.
Macau’s road is special because the road is using stones to make pattern.
I think if you came to Macau you should not go to casino only, you can also visit Macau’s building and road.

In sat,I'm cleaned my house and stayed at home..
In sun,I want to Camden Town with my friend.
We want shopping and ate many food,took many photo.
Then we want to Leicester Square,we are want to bought some food,and we want to japan center.After we want to Piccadlly Circus.
